Taihang Technology is powered by a talented team of professionals who drive our success.Our company has 146 employees, including a research and development team of 23 people. Our organizational structure is designed for effective collaboration across various departments：
R&D Department: Focused on product innovation and technological advancements.
QC Department：Responsible for ensuring that products and services meet standards by maintaining and improving product quality through inspections, testing, data analysis, and continuous improvement.
General Management Department：Responsible for coordinating and supporting the company's daily operations, strategic implementation, human resources, administrative affairs, etc., ensuring efficient allocation of resources and smooth operation of the company.
Sourcing Department：Responsible for procuring raw materials, equipment, and services according to the company's needs, ensuring a smooth supply chain and controlling procurement costs.
Marketing Department：Responsible for formulating and implementing the company's marketing strategies, driving brand promotion, market research, product promotion, and customer relationship management to increase sales and market share.
Account Department：Responsible for managing the company's financial resources, including budgeting, financial statement preparation, cost control, tax management, fund operations, and financial analysis, ensuring the company's financial health and compliance.
Sales Department：Responsible for formulating and implementing sales strategies, expanding market channels, managing customer relationships, driving product sales, achieving sales targets, and optimizing products and services through market feedback.
MFG Department：Responsible for product manufacturing, including the formulation of production plans, optimization of production processes, equipment management, quality control, improving production efficiency, and ensuring on-time delivery of products.
Engineering Department：Responsible for product design, technical research and development, process improvement, equipment management, technical support, and resolving technical issues encountered during production to ensure product quality, production efficiency, and technological innovation.
Lab Department：Responsible for product research and development, quality testing, performance testing, material analysis, and experimental validation to ensure products meet technical standards and quality requirements, and provide technical support for process improvement and new product development.
